Downtown Birmingham, Berkley Apartments
This weekend, my Nikon D5600 arrived in the mail. I visited my older sister in her new downtown Birmingham apartment and took some pictures of her.
Her apartment has a rooftop balcony with colorful string lights all around. They open up a large projector screen and play movies every Wednesday night for the building's residents to enjoy.
This is the view from the top. Older buildings with antique architecture line both sides of the streets. A five minute walk would lead you to Insomnia Cookies and Mellow Mushroom.
Chairs on the balcony welcomed long talks as the sun went down.
