Birmingham Winter Beer Fest
The BJCC hosted the Birmingham Winter Beer Festival on Feb. 4, 2017, inviting attendees to sample more than 150 craft beers while listening to live music and watching cooking demos. Ticketholders could also sing karaoke, dance at the silent disco, compete in a cornhole tournament, and attend classes at the Samuel Adams Brew University sessions. This event comes as the Birmingham craft beer industry flourishes, with 63 percent growth of total beer volume from June 2014 to June 2015 (Neilsen). Happy smiles and fun times could be seen across the event grounds.
